摘  要:在“双一流”建设背景下,国家生态文明战略和矿业可持续发展对能源矿业类高校环境学科的一流人才培养提出了新的要求。文章以中国矿业大学(北京)环境工程专业为例,系统分析了现阶段环境工程专业学位硕士研究生培养现状及面临的挑战,立足能源矿业环保特色,提出了“深化产教融合,服务行业环保”的专业学位硕士研究生的创新培养模式,构建了具有能源矿业特色的“厚理、强工、重绿”课程体系,形成了高校、科研院、企业“多向投入”的协同育人长效机制。实践证明,该模式有效解决了能源矿业类高校环境专业学位硕士研究生培养面临的困难,培养质量显著提升。Under the background of“double first-class”construction,the national ecological civilization strategy and the sustainable development of mining industry have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of firstclass talents in the environmental discipline of energy and mining universities.The study herein takes the environmental engineering of China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing)as an example,systematically analyzes the current situation and challenges of the cultivation of master’s degree students of environmental engineering.Based on the characteristics of energy and mining environmental protection,the study proposes an innovative cultivation mode of professional degree graduates of“deepening the integration of industry and education,and serving the environmental protection of the industry”,provides a long-term mechanism of“multi-input”collaborative education among universities,research institutes and enterprises.Practice has proved that this model effectively solves the difficulties faced by the cultivation of environmental professional degree graduates in energy and mining universities,and significantly improves the quality of cultivation.
