摘　　要：高等院校的根本职能是培养优秀人才,而教学团队的建设是人才培养的根本保障,也是高校建设工作的重点。加强生物技术综合实验教学团队的建设,不仅是提高生物技术专业教师队伍的专业水准与教学素养的重要措施,也是培养科研思维、实践技能、理论知识兼备的优秀生物技术人才的重要保障。该文主要从团队梯队培养、团队教学、团队科研与教学相结合等方面进行简要论述,以科教融合为着眼点来建设高水平的师资队伍,积极探索高等院校生物技术综合实验教学团队建设与实践,为高等院校的教学团队建设提供一定的经验和建议,积极提高高等院校的办学质量,同时也为生物技术产业的发展培养出更多优秀的高素质复合型生物技术人才。The basic function of colleges and universities is to cultivate outstanding talents,and the construction of teaching team is the fundamental guarantee of talent training,and also the key point of the construction of colleges and universities.Strengthening the construction of the biotechnology comprehensive experimental teaching team is not only an important measure to improve the professional level and teaching quality of biotechnology teachers,but also an important guarantee to cultivate outstanding biotechnology talents with scientific research thinking,practical skills and theoretical knowledge.This paper mainly discusses the team echelon training,team teaching and the combination of team research and teaching and we will focus on the integration of science and education to build a high level of teaching staff in order to explore the team construction and practice of biotechnology comprehensive experimental teaching in colleges and universities and provide a certain amount of experience and advice for the teaching team construction in colleges and universities.This can not only improve the quality of colleges and universities,but also cultivate more outstanding high-quality compound biotechnology talents for the development of biotechnology industry.
