摘  要:本文围绕分子印迹聚合物(molecularly imprinted polymer,MIP)在抗肿瘤药物传递系统(drug delivery system,DDS)中的应用进行综述,介绍了分子聚合物的方法及提高分子印迹聚合物载药量和联合给药的策略,从内源和外源性敏感刺激的角度分析了分子聚合物在抗肿瘤药物传递系统的应用,并指出分子聚合物作为抗肿瘤药物的载体目前仍存在的生物相容性和可降解性问题,展望了分子聚合物在抗肿瘤药物传递系统应用中的前景及发展方向。In this review,the recent progress of molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)in drug delivery system(DDS)has been summarized,the methods of molecularly imprinted polymers and the strategies of improving drug loading and combined administration of molecularly imprinted polymers were introduced.The effective strategies to improve drug loading on MIP for combined drug delivery were discussed.The applications of MIP for tumor microenvironment based targeted delivery system were analyzed from the perspectives of endogenous sensitive stimulations,exogenous sensitive stimulations.The biocompatibility and biodegradability of MIP used as anti-tumor drug delivery system was discussed,and the possible solutions were analyzed.The prospects of the application of MIP to be used in tumor drugs were discussed at the end of this review,which may help the research and development of targeted and controllable tumor treatment.
