摘 要:变速器是拖拉机的核心部件之一,变速器性能对拖拉机的动力性能及燃油经济性等各项指标都有着重要影响。动力换挡变速器(Power Shift Transmission,PST)在换挡时动力输出不中断,能够降低拖拉机的操作难度,提高工作效率。动力换挡技术的应用能够极大的促进农业生产现代化、提升农业机械化水平,助力乡村振兴战略。目前拖拉机动力换挡技术在国际市场上应用已较为广泛,我国农机事业起步较晚,与国际先进技术相比还存在一定差距。主要介绍了动力换挡变速器的基本原理,国内外研究现状,阐述了动力换挡变速器的关键技术,并分析了农用拖拉机动力换挡技术的发展趋势。The transmission is one of the core components of the tractor,and its performance has an important impact on the tractor’s power performance,fuel economy and other indicators.Power Shift Transmission(PST)does not interrupt the power output when shifting,which can reduce the operating difficulty of the tractor and improve the working efficiency.The application of power shift technology can greatly promote the modernization of agricultural production,improve the level of agricultural mechanization,and assist the rural revitalization strategy.At present,tractor power shift technology has been widely used in the international market.China’s agricultural machinery industry started late,and there is still a certain gap compared with international advanced technology.This paper mainly introduces the basic principle of power-shift transmission,the research status at home and abroad,expounds the key technology of power-shift transmission,and analyzes the development trend of power-shift technology for agricultural tractors.
