摘  要:采用部分预混燃烧模型,对DLN 1.0燃烧室的满负荷预混燃烧工况的流场、温度场及污染物排放特性进行了研究,并将其结果与燃烧调整试验数据进行了比较。结果表明:该模型能够准确预测该燃烧工况;随着过量空气系数的增大,该燃烧室内流场变化较小,但高温区范围明显减小,过渡段出口面排放气体平均温度降低,温度分布系数表现为先减小后增大的趋势,在过量空气系数为2.50时温度分布系数最小,此时出口面温度分布最均匀;增大过量空气系数有利于减少NOx排放,但过大的过量空气系数需要消耗更多的能量。综合考虑,该预混燃烧工况过量空气系数取2.50较为合理。Partial Premixed Combustion Model was used to study the flow field,temperature field and pollutant emission characteristics of a DLN 1.0 combustor under full load premixed combustion condition,and the results were compared with the combustion adjustment test data.The results show that the model can accurately predict the combustion conditions.With the increase of excess air coefficient,the flow field in the combustion chamber changes little,however,the range of high temperature zone decreases obviously,and the average temperature of the exhaust gas at the outlet of the transition section decreases,while the temperature distribution coefficient decreases first and then increases.At the same time,increasing the excess air coefficient will help to reduce the emission of NOx.However,higher excess air coefficient means more energy consumption.Therefore,it is reasonable to take 2.5 as the excess air coefficient of the premixed combustion condition.
