羞耻对中学生校园欺凌行为的影响:道德推脱的中介效应和体育锻炼的调节效应

摘　　要：羞耻是一种重要的道德情感,对中学生的心理健康发展具有重要意义.本研究采用羞耻量表、中学生校园欺凌问卷、体育锻炼等级量表和道德推脱问卷对1 066名大学生(男生568名,女生498名,平均年龄14.65岁,SD=2.58)进行调查研究,检验羞耻与中学生校园欺凌行为之间的关系,探讨道德推脱对两者关系的中介效应以及体育锻炼对两者关系的调节效应.结果表明:1)羞耻对中学生校园欺凌行为具有显著正向影响效应,道德推脱对欺凌与中学生校园欺凌行为关系具有显著中介效应;2)体育锻炼对羞耻与中学生校园欺凌行为的关系具有显著调节效应.Shame is an important moral emotion,and has significant role in the development of middle school students′mental health.This study aimed to examine the relationship between shame and bullying behavior in middle school students,and explore the moderated effect of moral disengagement and mediation of exercise.1066 college students(males=568,females=498,average age=14.65,SD=2.58)were recruited to complete questionnaires of shame questionnaire,bullying behavior scale of teenagers,moral disengagement scale and exercise scale.The results indicated that:1)the shame has significant positive relationship with the bullying behavior in middle school students,and the moral disengagement has significant moderate effect on the relationship between shame and the bullying behavior in middle school students(P<0.05).2)the exercise mediated the relationship between shame and the bullying behavior significantly(P<0.05).
