摘　　要：胰腺癌是预后较差的恶性肿瘤之一,5年存活率低于10%,手术切除是目前治疗的主要方法。但由于胰腺癌早期缺乏典型的临床表现,通常在疾病的晚期被确诊,大多数患者失去了手术治疗的机会,而其他治疗方法的疗效不佳,因此胰腺癌的早期诊断在临床中越发重要,早期诊断将会极大改善胰腺癌患者的预后。越来越多的研究表明,胰腺癌的发生与人体内微生物菌群的改变有关。本文就目前人体微生物菌群与胰腺癌发病的研究总结,探索人体微生物在胰腺癌发病过程中的变化及可能的作用机制,人体微生物有望成为胰腺癌早期诊断的标志物,这可能为生物标志物和靶向治疗开辟一条新途径。Pancreatic cancer is one of the malignant tumors with the worst prognosis,with a five-year survival rate of less than 10%,and surgical resection is currently the main treatment method.However,due to the lack of typical clinical manifestations in the early stage of pancreatic cancer,it is usually diagnosed in the late stage of the disease,and most patients lose the opportunity of surgical treatment,while other treatments bring poor efficacy,therefore,early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer is more and more important in clinical practice,and early diagnosis will greatly improve the prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients.More and more studies have shown that the occurrence of pancreatic cancer is related to the alteration of microflora in human body.In this paper,we summarize the current research on human microflora and pancreatic cancer development,and explore the changes of human microflora in the development of pancreatic cancer and the possible mechanisms of action.Human microbes are expected to be markers for early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,which may open a new pathway for biomarkers and targeted therapy.
