摘　　要：RV减速器因具有传动精度高、回差小和寿命长等优点,被广泛应用于精密机械系统中。梳理了国内外RV减速器的研究现状,展示了RV减速器传动误差、回差、扭转刚度、磨损寿命和加工工艺方面研究成果,分析对比国内外现阶段RV减速器产品性能,发现国产产品在精度保持性和产品一致性方面与国外仍存在差距。最后从研究层面对国内RV减速器的发展提出了针对性建议。Due to the high transmission accuracy,small backlash and long service life,RV reducers are widely used in mechanical systems with high precision.The research status of RV reducers at home and abroad was sorted out,the research results of RV reducer transmission error,backlash,torsional stiffness,wear life and processing technology were shown.The performances of RV reducers at home and abroad were compared.It turns out that there are gaps in both precision retention and product consistency for domestic products.Finally,suggestions for the further development of domestic reducers product from the research level were put forward.
