高校网球专项教学中组合多球练习法应用策略分析

摘　　要：党的二十大报告对推进健康中国建设提出了明确要求。基于此,高校体育教学也应当本着响应宏观政策要求的目标,加大实践教学力度,提高高校体育教学的针对性。通过文献研究与实践分析可知,高校网球专项教学中组合多球练习法在实践应用中存在教师重视程度不足,教学方式相对固定,场地器材缺乏充足供应三方面的典型问题。可通过加大思想认知教育力度,优化网球多球训练教学方法,加大场地器材建设力度,为高校网球专项教学效果提升提供支持。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward clear requirements for promoting the construction of a healthy China.Based on this,college PE teaching should also increase the intensity of practical teaching and improve the pertinence of college PE teaching in line with the goal of responding to the macro policy requirements.Through literature research and practical analysis,it can be seen that there are three typical problems in the practical application of the combined multi-ball exercise method in college tennis special teaching,namely,the lack of teachers'attention,relatively fixed teaching methods,and insufficient supply of venue equipment.We can provide support for the improvement of the effect of tennis special teaching in colleges and universities by strengthening ideological and cognitive education,optimizing the teaching method of tennis multi-ball training,and strengthening the construction of venue equipment.
