摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、归纳法、逻辑分析法等,对高校民族传统体育传承与发展的体系化建设进行探析。研究认为,民族传统体育文化的传承和发展是一个复杂工程,需要进行体系化建设。文化建设方面,应深挖文化内涵,创新传播媒介;课程建设方面,应发挥高校的科技、文化和育人优势,推出精品教材,培养专业人才,改良项目和器材,实现传承与创新的有机结合;社团建设方面,应将民族传统体育类社团建设纳入人文素质教育协同育人的路径,多举办竞赛和交流活动,吸引更多学生加入传承与发展的队伍中;机制建设方面,需要学校统一部署,各部门共同配合,建立多部门协同长效工作机制。The methods of literature,induction and logical analysis are used to explore and analyze the systematic construction of the inheritance and development of traditional ethnic sports in colleges and universities.The research holds that the inheritance and development of traditional ethnic sports culture is a complex project,which needs systematic construction.In terms of cultural construction,we should dig deep into cultural connotations and innovate communication media.In terms of course construction,we should give full play to the advantages of science and technology,culture and education of colleges and universities,launch high-quality teaching materials,train professional talents,improve projects and equipment,and realize the organic combination of inheritance and innovation.In terms of association construction,we should bring the construction of traditional ethnic sports associations into the path of collaborative education of humanistic quality education,and hold more competitions and exchange activities to attract more students to join in the team of inheritance and development.In terms of mechanism construction,schools need to make unified deployment,and all departments need to work together to establish a multi-departmental cooperative long-term working mechanism.
