摘  要:目的:来华留学生英文教学蓬勃发展的同时,教育方法和形式的不足也日益彰显。生物化学与分子生物学课程知识点晦涩难懂,与临床联系不够紧密,教学改革尤为重要。方法:选取新疆医科大学2018级和2019级临床医学专业印度留学生作为研究对象,对现有教学师资、方法、内容等进行优化与改革。在世界环境影响下,2019级学生采用了钉钉线上教学,并借助雨课堂引入形成性评价,通过雨课堂课前预习,知识点测试,课中以学生为主导进行多种形式教学,包括翻转课堂、案例讨论,课后通过雨课堂测试、平台互动、前沿话题讨论等手段进行复习,并通过问卷调查及成绩分析进行效果评价。结果:与2018级学生比较,2019级平均成绩和及格率有了显著提高(P<0.01),并提高了自主学习的能力。结论:结合雨课堂实施形成性评价,使学生成为主动学习者,提高了学生的学习兴趣及对知识的把握度。Objective:While English language teaching for international students is flourishing,the inadequacy of educational methods and formats is becoming increasingly evident.The teaching reform is especially important because the knowledge points of biochemistry and molecular biology courses are obscure and difficult to understand,and the connection with clinical is not close enough.Methods:Indian students of clinical medicine in Xinjiang Medical University in the classes of 2018 and 2019 were selected as the research subjects to optimize and reform the existing teaching faculty,methods and contents.Under the influence of the world environment,the class of 2019 students adopted nailed online teaching and introduced formative evaluation with the help of rain classroom,through rain classroom pre⁃class materials distribution,pre⁃test,in⁃class student⁃led teaching in various forms,including flipped classroom,case discussion,after⁃class rain classroom real⁃time monitoring of student messages,cutting⁃edge topic discussion,platform interaction and other means of review,and through questionnaires and grade Evaluation.Results:Compared with the students of class 2018,the average grade and pass rate of class 2019 have significantly improved(P<0.01)and improved the ability of independent learning.Conclusion:The implementation of formative assessment in combination with the rain classroom made students active learners and improved their interest in learning and their grasp of knowledge.
