经济结构性潜能视角下城市群与企业供应链效率的实证研究

摘　　要：供应链畅通是打造双循环新发展格局、实现经济高质量发展的重要保证。城镇化进程的深入使得经济结构性潜能的释放越来越多地体现在城市群层级水平,城市群如何赋能企业以提升供应链效率是经济高质量发展的重要保障。本文在传统经济发展框架中引入空间因素,基于新经济地理理论,利用国务院对国家级城市群的批复所产生的准自然实验情境,探讨2010—2019年城市群获批对企业供应链效率的影响关系和作用机制。双重差分法的检验结果表明,城市群获批后实现了空间结构优化,提高了企业的供应链效率,并且其推动作用呈现逐渐增强趋势。这种正向作用机制来源于城市群获批后释放了经济结构性潜能,主要体现在削弱了交通壁垒和行政壁垒,从而降低企业成本。进一步研究发现,城市群获批对企业供应链的信息流效率和物流效率均具有促进作用,但降低了上游企业的资金流效率。研究结论有助于规划和完善企业发展的空间结构配置。Smooth supply chain is an important guarantee to build a new development pattern of double cycle and realize high-quality economic development.With the deepening of urbanization,the release of economic structural potential is reflected in the level of urban agglomeration.How urban agglomeration empowers enterprises to improve supply chain ef-ficiency is an important guarantee of high-quality economic development.By introducing spatial factors into the traditional economic development framework,based on New Economic Geography Theory,this paper uses the quasi-natural experimental situations created by the State Council's approval of national-level urban agglomeration to discuss the impact and influence mechanism of urban agglomeration approval on the supply chain efficiency of enterprises from 2010 to 2019.The results of difference-in-differences show that the ap-proval of urban agglomeration significantly improves the supply chain efficiency of enter-prises,and the driving effect is gradually increasing.This positive influence mechanism stems from the fact that the approval of urban agglomeration unleashes structural economic potential,mainly in the form of weakened transportation and administrative barriers,thus reducing business costs.Further study finds that the approval of urban agglomeration can significantly promote information flow efficiency and logistics efficiency in enterprise sup-ply chain efficiency,but reduce the capital flow efficiency of upstream enterprises.The conclusions of this paper are helpful to plan and improve the spatial allocation of entity.
