摘  要:目的:探讨基于慕课的混合式教学在营养与食品卫生学实验中的应用。方法:以预防专业学生作为研究对象,对照组进行传统教学,试验组结合哈尔滨医科大学营养与食品卫生学慕课进行混合式教学。结果:慕课加强学生对知识点理解、提高实验操作水平、分析能力。结论:基于慕课的混合式教学具有良好的教学效果,值得进一步推广。Objective:To explore the application of blended teaching based on MU in nutrition and food hygiene laboratory.Methods:Prevention students were used as the study subjects,and the control group was taught traditionally,and the experimental group was taught in a hybrid way combined with the nutrition and food hygiene catechism of Harbin Medical University.Results:The catechism enhanced students'understanding of knowledge points,improved experimental operation,and analytical ability.Conclusion:The blended teaching based on catechism has good teaching effect and is worth further promotion.
