体医融合背景下大学生心理健康干预策略构建及教学实施对策研究

摘　　要：该文运用文献检索法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法等,以宁夏医科大学为例,根据当前高校大学生主要心理健康问题及其成因分析,依据体医融合教育理念,拟从构建原则、课程内容和教学实施3个方面进行体医融合心理健康干预策略对策探究,并根据教学需要进行大学生心理健康教学实施路径探索,以提升我国大学生心理健康水平,构建稳定的心理健康干预策略,并探索行之有效的教学实施路径。Using the literature retrieval method,expert interview method and questionnaire method,taking Ningxia Medical University as an example,according to the analysis of main mental health problems of college students and their causes,and based on the educational concept of sports-medicine integration,this paper plans to explore the countermeasures of mental health intervention strategies of sports-medicine integration from three aspects:construction principles,course content and teaching implementation,and explores the implementation path of mental health teaching for college students according to teaching needs,so as to improve the mental health level of college students in China,build stable mental health intervention strategies and explore effective teaching implementation paths.
