师范类专业认证视域下体育教育实习基地建设策略研究

摘　　要：师范类专业认证工作是由教育部对师范类专业人才培养质量状况实施的一种外部评价过程。教育实习是教育专业人才培养的重要一部分,教育实习质量的高低直接关系到师范专业认证的结果,而实习基地作为教育实习工作的物质载体,对实习生的培养起到了至关重要的作用。但目前体育教育实习基地建设仍存在一系列的问题,如实习基地稳定性差、缺乏合理有效的实习质量监控体系、指导教师尚未充分发挥实际作用、实习基地建设经费不足等,因此,该研究以师范类专业认证标准为导向,对此类问题提出4条建设策略与建议:建立三方合作建设模式,探索合作共赢机制;加强实习基地监控机制和评价体系建设;加强校内外指导教师队伍的建设与交流;多方共同保障教育实习基地建设经费的投入,从而促进体育教育实习基地发展,助推体育教育实习基地建设,使体育教育实习工作高质量运行。The teacher-training professional accreditation is an external evaluation process implemented by the Ministry of Education on the quality of teacher-training professional talent training.Educational practice is an important part of educational professional talent training,and the quality of educational practice is directly related to the result of teacher-training professional accreditation.The practice base,as the material carrier of education practice,plays a vital role in the training of trainees.However,there are still a series of problems in the current construction of physical education practice bases,such as poor stability of practice bases,lack of a reasonable and effective practice quality monitoring system,insufficient practical role of instructors,and insufficient funds for the construction of internship bases.Therefore,this study proposes four constructional strategies and suggestions for such problems with the teacher-training professional accreditation standard as the guide:Establish a tripartite cooperation construction model to explore a winwin cooperation mechanism,strengthen the construction of the monitoring mechanism and evaluation system in the internship base,strengthen the construction and communication of the team of instructors inside and outside the school,and all parties jointly guarantee the investment of funds for the construction of the education internship base,so as to promote the development of the physical education internship base,boost the construction of the physical education internship base,and make the physical education internship run with high quality.
