摘　　要：互联网的发展塑造了跨文化、跨国界交流的新格局。国际组织官方网站是获取国际组织信息的有效途径。本文以联合国系统各组织机构的官方网站为例,从网站中文使用率和更新率两个维度的描述性统计发现,虽然联合国系统对网站语言使用有统一政策,在实践中却不尽如人意。37个组织机构的官方网站中,仅约有50%设置了中文内容,且中文内容的更新率较低。基于组织特征的量化比较分析发现,关注主题、成立年份和组织类别不同的组织机构,其网页的中文使用率存在显著差异。本研究认为,应该从优化网页语言设置的应用层面和探究隐性语言政策机制的理论层面入手,加强国际组织网站中文使用状况的调查与研究、注重国际组织语言选择的规律探索、制定切实可行的中文使用与传播的行动指南。The development of internet has shaped a new pattern of intercultural and crossborder communication.The official websites of international organizations are effective ways to access information about international organizations,but the limited language options form an obstacle.Taking the websites of the United Nations system organizations as an example,descriptive statistics on the usage rate and update rate of languages on websites show that there are contradictions between language policy and practice,although there is a uniform language policy in the United Nations system.Only around 50% of the websites arrange the page content in Chinese and the update rate of that content is low.The quantitative comparative analysis based on the organizational characteristics has found that there are significant differences in Chinese usage rate among international organizations in terms of topic of interest,year of establishment and type of organization.This study concludes that it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and advance the research on the use of Chinese on the international organisations' websites,to focus on the exploration of the rules of language choice,and to formulate practical guidelines to effectively promote the use and dissemination of the Chinese language from both the applied level of optimising the language setting of web pages and the theoretical level of exploring the mechanisms of implicit language policy.
