摘　　要：目的 了解西安地区普通大众心肺复苏(CPR)相关知识普及现状及CPR培训需求。方法 以2019年3月—2021年3月参与“心动力量”-CPR普及培训的西安地区普通民众为调查对象,在培训前对调查对象进行基本资料、CPR相关知识和培训需求情况调查。利用SPSS 22.0统计学软件进行分析。结果 西安地区12个单位及社区的772名民众参与调查,男性325人,女性447人,问卷回收率100%。68.13%未接受过CPR知识培训,40.03%知道CPR概念,37.56%知道CPR基本流程,8.42%参与过急救。89.64%未接触过自动体外除颤仪且不会使用。年龄(OR=0.602,95%CI:0.424~0.854,P=0.004)、职业(OR=0.806,95%CI:0.699~0.928,P=0.003)、是否参加过CPR培训(OR=2.838,95%CI:1.905~4.228,P<0.001)及是否参与过CPR施救(OR=3.717,95%CI:1.273~10.854,P=0.016)是影响民众CPR实施意愿的相关因素。97.15%认为CPR相关知识培训很重要,有必要接受培训。结论 西安地区民众CPR知识的普及率低,但接受CPR普及培训的愿望强烈,应大力开展CPR知识普及培训,提高民众急救水平。Objective To understand the current status of CPR-related knowledge popularization among the general public in Xi´an,and evaluate the training.Methods From March 2019 to March 2021,general public in Xi´an who participated in the general training of CPR were selected as the survey objects.The basic information,the popularization of CPR-related knowledge and evaluate the training were investigated before the training.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 22.0.Results 772 people from 12 units and communities in Xi´an participated in the survey,including 325 males and 447 females,and the questionnaire response rate was 100%.68.13%of the public have not received CPR knowledge training,only 40.03%of the public knew the concept of CPR,37.56%of the public knew the basic procedure of CPR,and 8.42%of the public had participated in first aid.89.64%of the public had never been in contact with an automated external defibrillator and would not use it.Age(OR=0.602,95%CI:0.424~0.854,P=0.004),occupation(OR=0.806,95%CI:0.699~0.928,P=0.003),whether they have participated in CPR training(OR=2.838,95%CI:1.905~4.228,P<0.001)and whether they have participated in CPR rescue(OR=3.717,95%CI:1.273~10.854,P=0.016)were the relevant factors that affect the willingness of the public to implement CPR.97.15%of the public believed that CPR-related knowledge training was very important and it was necessary to receive training.Conclusion The popularization rate of CPR knowledge among the general public in Xi´an is low,but there is a strong desire to receive CPR popularization training.CPR knowledge popularization training should be vigorously carried out to improve the public first aid level.
