摘 要:随着分子生物学的进展,DNA分析技术在法庭科学中得到了广泛应用。非人源DNA分析可以应用于一些特殊案件,在提供侦查线索和审判依据方面具有独特的法医学价值。动物DNA分型在各类非人源DNA相关案件中作用突出,是法医学非人源DNA分析的主要内容。本文就动物DNA分型技术和特点、法医学应用场景中面临的挑战,综述了其发展历史和现状、优势与不足,并展望了其未来的发展。With the advance of molecular biology,DNA analysis technology has been widely applied in forensic science.Non-human DNA analysis can be used in some special cases and has unique forensic value to provide investigation clues and trial basis.Animal DNA typing plays a more prominent role in the detection of all kinds of non-human DNA related cases and is the main content of forensic non-human DNA analysis.This paper reviews the development history,present situation,advantages and disadvantages of animal DNA typing according to its technology,characteristic,challenges facing forensic science application scenarios,and also its future development.
