摘  要:在国家大力推行“放管服”政策背景下,基于信息化技术提升客户服务能力,实现“让数据多跑路,客户少跑腿”是提升特种设备检验行业客户服务水平的关键。本文深度分析了特种设备检验机构客户的业务需求,依托大数据、人工智能等现代信息化手段,实现特种设备客户对设备的全生命周期管理,提高特种设备检验机构的客户服务能力水平,进而保障特种设备安全。Under the background of the state’s vigorous implementation of policies of“streamline administration,delegate power,strengthen regulation and improve services”,it is the key to improve the customer service level in the special equipment inspection industry based on information technology to realize“more data and less customers”.This paper deeply analyzes the customer’s business needs of special equipment inspection institutions,relying on modern information means such as big data and artificial intelligence,realizes the customer’s whole life cycle management of the equipment,improves the customer service ability of special equipment inspection institutions,and then ensures the safety of special equipment.
