摘  要:传统的风电机组齿轮箱配齿仅取决于行星级的同心、安装、邻接条件,而忽略了其对齿轮箱重量及动力学特性的影响。以某增速比为97的5 MW海上风电机组两级行星一级平行齿轮箱为研究对象,得到其减重优化后的各级增速比解耦区间;建立基于零阶优化算法的齿轮箱配齿方案及相应的齿轮箱Simpack虚拟样机;在额定转速工况下对齿轮箱均载特性、振动特性进行定量统计分析。仿真结果表明:当第一级太阳轮、行星轮、内齿圈齿数分别为29、28、85,第二级太阳轮、行星轮、内齿圈齿数分别为26、46、118,第三级大、小齿轮齿数分别为111、25时,齿轮箱行星级均载特性良好,高速输出轴传动平稳,为大型海上风电机组齿轮箱配齿设计提供理论支撑。Traditional gearbox tooth number configurations for wind turbines only depend on the concentricity,installation,and adjacency conditions of the planetary stages,while ignoring its influence on the weight and dynamic characteristics of the gearbox.Firstly,we took a two-stage planetary one-stage parallel gearbox of a 5 MW offshore wind turbine with a speed increase ratio of 97 as the research subject and obtained the decoupling ranges of the speed increase ratio at each stage after its weight reduction optimization.After that,the tooth number configuration of the gearbox based on the zero-order optimization algorithm and the corresponding gearbox virtual prototypes were established in Simpack.Finally,the even load and vibration characteristics of the gearbox under rated speed conditions were quantitatively analyzed.The results show that when the number of teeth of the first-stage sun gear,planetary gear,and ring gear are 29,28,and 85,respectively,the number of teeth of the second-stage sun gear,planetary gear,and ring gear are 26,46,and 118,respectively,and the numbers of pinion teeth of the third-stage are 111 and 25 respectively,the gearbox has good planetary load average characteristics,and the high-speed output shaft has stable transmission,which provides theoretical support for the gearbox design of large offshore wind turbines.
