新时期我国行政领导者素质建设研究

摘　　要：行政领导者是指各级行政组织中承担计划、组织、指挥和协调等领导职能的人。新时代的背景对于行政领导者的素质要求不断增加,如何提高行政领导者的素质以期促进社会政治经济的发展是值得我们深思的。本文结合理论与实际,从对行政领导者素质的认知与存在的问题出发,着眼当前及今后一段时期,对行政领导者素质结构的优化和提升进行了一些探索,对新形势下提升行政领导者的必备素质有一定的参考意义。Administrative leaders refer to those who undertake leadership functions such as planning,organization,command,and coordination in administrative organizations at all levels.The background of the new era has increasing requirements for the quality of administrative leaders,and how to improve the quality of administrative leaders in order to promote the development of society,politics and economy is worth pondering.Combining theory and practice,starting from the cognition and existing problems of the quality of administrative leaders,this paper makes some explorations on the optimization and improvement of the quality structure of administrative leaders in the current and future period,which has certain reference significance for improving the necessary quality of administrative leaders in the new situation.
