摘 要:案例教学是财务管理理论与实务课程的必备环节之一。案例教学不仅有利于理论知识的学习,更加有助于培养学生解决实际问题的能力,因此受到了越来越多高校的重视。本文通过分析高校财务管理课程案例教学的现状,发现目前许多高校财务管理案例教学存在对财务管理案例教学认识不足、合适的财务管理教学案例比较匮乏、考核方式过于单一、财务管理案例教学中学生参与积极性不高等问题。为了解决这些问题,本文分析其原因并且针对这些问题提出了转变观念,如提高对财务管理案例教学的认识、鼓励教师编写具有中国情景的实用案例,提升教学案例的数量和质量、丰富财务管理教学的考核形式、激发学生财务管理案例讨论的积极性等建议。Case method is one of the necessary links in the course of financial management theory and practice.Case method is not only conducive to the study of theoretical knowledge,but also helps to cultivate students'ability to solve practical problems.Therefore,Case method has received more and more attention from colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of Case method of financial management course in colleges and universities,and finds that many colleges and universities have insufficient understanding of financial management Case method,lack of appropriate financial management teaching cases,too single assessment method,and low enthusiasm of students in financial management Case method.It analyzes the reasons,and proposes to change the concept of these problems,improve the understanding of financial management Case method Encourage teachers to write practical cases with Chinese scenarios,improve the quantity and quality of teaching cases,enrich the assessment forms of financial management teaching,and stimulate students'enthusiasm for discussing financial management cases.
