摘　　要：既有文献研究显示,社会风险是人与人或群体与群体间以“原子化”状态呈现合作失效的结果。但对20世纪80年代以来的现代社会风险的分析显示,社会风险生成逻辑不是简单的“原子化”,而是“隐性原子化”,其本质是合作链条裂变的结果。人类社会在发展合作链条时,在内部合作链条上的拓展导致了制度运行失灵、契约精神缺失和个体利益膨胀,在外部链条延伸上导致了数字信息壁垒和有组织不负责。内部链条与外部链条又将不断演化并促进合作,但每一种链节的演化中又潜藏着合作失效并导致社会风险的可能。“合作共同体”可以通过“最大公约数”的原则寻找社会合作可能,有利于消解现代社会风险。其对于中国式现代化的意义是,应该继续重视以“共同富裕”为原则的利益分配,增进社会合作而减少社会风险。Existing literature studies have shown that social risk is the result of cooperation failure between individuals or groups in an“atomized”state.But based on the analysis of social risks since the 1980s,it can be concluded that the logic of risk generation is not simply“atomization”,but“implicit atomization”,and its essence is the result of the fission of the cooperation chain.When human society develops the cooperation chain,the expansion on the internal cooperation chain has led to institutional failure,lack of contract spirit,and individual interest inflation,and the extension on the external chain has led to digital information barriers and organized irresponsibility.The internal and external chains will continue to evolve and promote cooperation,but there is a possibility of cooperation failure and social risks hidden in the evolution of each chain.By building a cooperative community,we can find the possibility of social cooperation through the principle of“maximum common divisor”,which is conducive to solving the risks of modern society.Its significance for Chinese path to modernization is that we should continue to attach importance to the distribution of benefits based on the principle of“common prosperity”,so as to enhance social cooperation and reduce social risks.
