放疗联合热疗在乳腺癌肺转移患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨放疗联合热疗应用于乳腺癌肺转移患者中的效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月于医院就诊的乳腺癌肺转移患者78例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为放疗组和放热疗组,各39例。放疗组予以放疗治疗,放热疗组在放疗组基础上联合热疗。对比两组疗效、患者生命质量(QOL)、肿瘤标志物水平、皮肤损伤分级、疼痛及瘙痒改善时间、皮肤愈合时间及不良反应。结果放热疗组总有效率高于放疗组;治疗后,放热疗组皮肤损伤0、1级占比高于放疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组皮肤损伤2、3、4级占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,放热疗组癌胚抗原(CEA)、血清糖类抗原15-3(CA15-3)水平低于放疗组,QOL评分高于放疗组,疼痛及瘙痒改善时间、皮肤愈合时间短于放疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放疗联合热疗可提高对乳腺癌肺转移患者的临床疗效,降低肿瘤标志物水平,改善皮肤损伤情况,缩短疼痛及瘙痒改善时间,促进皮肤愈合,提高生命质量。Objective The application effect of radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia in patients with lung metastasis from breast cancer were discussed.Methods 78 cases of breast cancer patients with lung metastasis who visited the hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into radiotherapy group and hyperthermia group,39 cases in each group.The radiotherapy group was treated with radiotherapy,and the hyperthermia group was combined with hyperthermia on the basis of the radiotherapy group.The two groups were compared in terms of efficacy,patient quality of life(QOL),tumor markers level,skin injury grading,pain and itching improvement time,skin healing time,and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate in the hyperthermia group was higher than that in the radiotherapy group;After treatment,the number of cases of grade 0 and grade 1 in the hyperthermia group was higher than that in the radiotherapy group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the number of cases at grade 2,3,and 4 between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and serum carbohydrate antigen 15-3(CA15-3)in the hyperthermia group were lower than those in the radiotherapy group,and the QOL score was higher than that in the radiotherapy group.The improvement time of pain and itching,and skin healing time were shorter than those in the radiotherapy group,with significant differences(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of radiotherapy and hyperthermia for patients with lung metastases from breast cancer can improve the curative effect,reduce the level of tumor markers,improve skin damage,shorten the time for pain and itching,promote skin healing,and improve the quality of life.
