益气固髓汤对结直肠癌术后采用mFOLFOX6方案化疗后并发症和相关血清学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气固髓汤对结直肠癌术后采用mFOLFOX6方案化疗后并发症和相关血清学指标的影响。方法将158例结直肠癌术后患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组79例予mFOLFOX6方案化疗,治疗组79例在对照组治疗基础上加服益气固髓汤。2组均治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后体质量变化、卡氏评分(KPS)、血常规指标(白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、血红蛋白含量和血小板计数)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),评估治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果对照组治疗后体质量较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且对照组治疗后低于治疗组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后KPS评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、血红蛋白含量和血小板计数均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后CEA、CA199水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均升高(P<0.05),CD8^(+)降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均降低(P<0.05),CD8^(+)升高(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗期间不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气固髓汤能减少结直肠癌术后采用mFOLFOX6方案化疗后并发症的产生,改善体力状态和免疫功能,减少骨髓抑制。Objective To exploretheeffect of Yiqi Gusui Decoction on postoperative complications and related serological indexes colorectal cancer(CRC)after chemotherapy with mFOLFOX6 regimen for.Methods A total of 158 CRC patients having done surgical treatment were randomized 1∶1 to receive mFOLFOX6 regimen(control group,n=79)or Yiqi Gusui Decoction^(+)mFOLFOX6 regimen(treatment group,n=79)for 4 weeks.The key observationswas body Body weight,Karnofsky score(KPS),blood routine indexes including white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil(NEU),hemoglobin(HGB)and Platelet(PLT),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment.Results After treatment,The body weight of the control group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and which in the control group was lower than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).The elevated KPS scores and decreased WBC,NEU,HGB,PLT,CEA and CA199 were found in the both groups(all P<0.05),and there were significant differences in these above indexes between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The increased CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(P<0.05)and decreased CD8^(+)(P<0.05)were detected in the both groups,and there were significant differences in these above indexes between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Yiqi Gusui Decoction can reduce the complications after chemotherapy with mFOLFOX6 regimen for postoperative CRC,improve the physical state and immune function,reduce bone marrow suppression.
