摘　　要：评估马齿苋复合控糖片对四氧嘧啶诱导的2型糖尿病小鼠的辅助降血糖功能。对小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶构建胰岛损伤2型糖尿病模型,按0.2,0.4和0.6 g/(kg·bw)剂量连续30 d经口灌胃马齿苋复合控糖片,测定空腹血糖及糖耐量指标,考察马齿苋复合控糖片辅助降血糖功效。结果表明,高血糖模型动物的空腹血糖指标和糖耐量2项指标均为阳性,且对正常小鼠空腹血糖无影响。依据国食药监保化[2012]107号“辅助降血糖功能评价方法”,马齿苋复合控糖片具有助降血糖功能。To evaluate the auxiliary hypoglycemic function of Portulaca oleracea in alloxine-induced type 2 diabetic mice,the islet injury type 2 diabetes model was constructed by tail vein injection of mice,and Portulaca oleracea compound hypoglycemic tablets were given by oral gavage at doses of 0.2,0.4 and 0.6 g/(kg·bw)for 30 d.Fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance index were determined to investigate the auxiliary hypoglycemic function of Portulaca oleracea.The results showed that the fasting blood glucose index and glucose tolerance of the hyperglycemic model animals were positive,and there was no effect on the fasting blood glucose of normal mice.It showed that according to the China Food and Drug Administration[2012]No.107,Portulaca oleracea compound hypoglycemic tablets had the function of auxiliary hypoglycemia.
