摘 要:针对B区块冬季低温环境下调剖作业中交联剂结冻以及失效的问题,从降凝点机理出发,通过室内实验,在交联剂中引入醇类YJC02,制备了一种适用于低温环境的低凝点交联剂DND,其组成为质量分数为22%的有机醇YJC02+质量分数为78%的液体酚醛树脂BHGF。该交联剂凝点达到-25.4℃,且在油藏温度下能够有效成胶。通过室内评价实验筛选出低凝点凝胶体系配方并对该体系的性能进行评价,低凝点交联剂在较宽的浓度下均能与聚合物BHJHK有效成胶,在一定范围内浓度越大成胶时间则越短,成胶强度则越大。该体系耐温70℃,耐盐100000mg/L,物理模拟实验显示封堵率达90.8%,具有较好的封堵性能和耐冲刷性,能够满足B区块冬季低温环境作业。In view of the freezing and invalidation of the crosslinking agent during the profile control operation in the low temperature environment in winter in Block B,starting from the mechanism of pour point reduction,a low pour point crosslinking agent DND:Organic alcohol YJC02with amass fraction of 22%and liquid phenolic resin BHGF with amass fraction of 78%was prepared by introducing an alcohol YJC02into the crosslinking agent through laboratory experiments.The crosslinking agent has acondensation point of-25.4℃,and can effectively gel at the reservoir temperature.The formulation of low pour point gel system was screened through laboratory evaluation experiments and the performance of the system was evaluated.The low pour point crosslinking agent can effectively gel with polymer BHJHK in awide range of concentrations.The higher the concentration within acertain range,the shorter the gel forming time and the greater the gel forming strength.The system has atemperature resistance of 70℃and asalt resistance of 100000mg/L.The physical simulation experiment showed that the plugging rate was up to 90.8%,and has good plugging performance and scouring resistance,which can meet the low temperature operation in winter in Block B.
