责任、民主与全球正义——论艾丽斯·扬的全球正义思想

摘　　要：当代美国左翼艾丽斯·扬不赞同罗尔斯将正义的范围局限在民族国家范围内,主张全球正义的世界是可能的。基于民主与正义关系的独特视角,透过民主政治共同体的范围之争,她将民主政治共同体的范围等同于正义的责任范围,主张通过构建包容性的全球民主以实现全球正义,构建了关于全球正义的责任性质、责任主体、责任客体以及实现途径的系统理论。重新审视其全球正义思想,对我们应对当前发达资本主义起的逆全球化之风具有一定的借鉴意义。The contemporary American left-wing,Iris Marion Young who does not agree with Rawls that the scope of justice is limited to the national state,agrees with the cosmopolitan viewpoint,and believes that a global world of justice is possible.Based on the unique relationship between democracy and justice,through the scope of the democratic political community,she equates the scope of the democratic political community with the scope of justice,and advocates global justice through an inclusive global democratic approach.By this way,she constructs a systematic theory of the nature,the subject,and the accountability of responsibility of global justice,and the approach to global justice.Reexamining her global justice thoughts has the certain model significance for us to cope with the present world,which is shrouded in the deglobalization initiated by advanced capitalism.
