意蕴、内涵与路径:高职如何培养思政课“大先生”

摘  要:以“为谁培养人、培养什么人、怎样培养人”为逻辑线,探究中国教育三个基本问题与思政课教师队伍建设之间的关系,论述“大先生”培养的意蕴、内涵与路径。阐述了高职思政课“大先生”的价值意蕴体现于担当立德树人、培根铸魂使命中的任务与作用;分析了高职思政课“大先生”的本质特征集中于“师道、师德、师业”内涵与“四有六要”维度;提出了高职思政课“大先生”的培养路径集聚于“行师道以树立思政岗位政治形象,养师德以树立思政教师职业形象,精师业以树立思政学科专业形象”。Taking"for whom to cultivate talents,what kind of talents to cultivate and how to cultivate talents"as the logic line,this paper probes into the relationship between the team construction of ideological and political course teachers and the three basic issues of Chinese education,and discusses the significance,connotation,and path of cultivating"Great Educators".This paper also expounds the value implication of"Great Educators"of ideological and political courses in higher vocational education institutions is found in the special task and function in carrying out the mission of cultivating students’morality and souls,the essential characteristics of"Great Educators"of ideological and political courses are embodied in the connotation of"teachers’integrity,teachers’ethics and teachers’undertaking"and the dimension of"Four Qualities and Six Requirements",the cultivation path of"Great Educators"of ideological and political courses exists in"practicing teachers’integrity to build political image of ideological and political posts,cultivating teachers’ethics to build professional image of ideological and political teachers,and perfection in teachers’undertaking to build professional image of ideological and political courses".
