摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略背景下,泰州职业技术学院建筑设计专业基于行业需求的人才培养模式,进行了一系列的教学改革。实践证明教学结构与行业相适应,能有效夯实学生的专业基础,提高综合素质,实现人才培养规格与用人单位需求对接,课程的教学内容与岗位工作任务对接,课程标准与职业资格标准对接,推动乡村振兴蓬勃发展。Under the background of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the architectural design major of Taizhou Polytechnic College has carried out a series of teaching refaorm practices based on the talent training mode of industry demand.Practice has proved that the teaching structure is suitable for the industry,which can effectively consolidate the professional foundation of students,broaden their horizons,improve their comprehensive quality and cultivate application-oriented and comprehensive engineering and technical talents for small and mediumsized architectural design,thus to promote the vigorous development of rural revitalization.
