企业开放式创新的组织模式与管理路径

摘　　要：开放式创新是创新主体有意识地搜索外部知识或进行知识输出的一种新型创新范式。近年来,越来越多的企业积极寻求与外部组织合作,有效实施开放式创新活动。企业应根据自身发展实际,合理选择产学研合作、研发外包、技术特许、战略联盟及企业并购等合作创新组织模式。同时,可基于资源流动方向分析,合理选择内向型、外向型或者二者相互结合的耦合型创新组织模式,更好地实现知识的高效开发利用。此外,企业要强化开放式创新的组织管理,合理选择创新合作伙伴,促进资源的高效流动与共享;要做好合作创新项目的过程管理,促进企业与合作伙伴之间的沟通交流,做好跨组织的协同;要选择适合的创新合作开放度,促进内外部资源效用最大化,有效提升合作创新成效。Open innovation is a new innovation paradigm in which the innovation subject consciously searches for external knowledge or outputs internal knowledge.In recent years,more and more enterprises seek effective cooperation with external organizations by implementing open innovation.Enterprises should reasonably choose organization modes of cooperation innovation such as cooperation of industry university research,RD outsourcing,technology licensing,strategic alliances and enterprise mergers and acquisitions according to their own development reality.At the same time,based on the direction of resource flow,enterprises should reasonably choose the internal,external or coupling organization mode of open innovation,so as to better realize the efficient development and utilization of knowledge.In addition,enterprises should strengthen the organizational management of open innovation,select innovation partners reasonably,promote the effective flow and sharing of resources,pay attention to the process management of cooperative innovation projects,promote communication between enterprises and partners,and achieve efficient collaboration across organizations.Moreover,enterprises should choose the appropriate openness degree of cooperation innovation,promote the maximum utility of internal and external resources,and effectively improve the effectiveness of cooperation innovation.
