摘　　要：当突发事件引起市场需求变化,以及价格波动时,利用物流服务商和供应商的共享契约(成本共担-收益共享)和供应商与零售商的数量折扣契约可实现含有物流服务商的三级供应链的协调。建立随机价格和稳定价格条件下的多契约三级供应链协调模型,对物流服务商的协调因子和供应商的批发价格进行恰当的调整后,多契约策略能够协调三级应急供应链,并通过数值仿真对该策略进行了验证。When sudden events cause fluctuations in market demand and stable or random price changes,the coordination of the three-level supply chain containing logistics service providers can be realized by using the sharing contract between logistics service providers and suppliers(cost-sharing-revenue sharing)and the quantity discount contract between suppliers and retailers.Established a multi-contract three-level supply chain coordination model to deal with stochastic and stable price conditions;After adjusting the coordination factor of logistics service provider and the wholesale price of suppliers,the multi-contract strategy can coordinate to deal with emergencies,which is verified by an example.
