摘 要:目的传统康复课堂教学多以图文来讲解康复动作,难以直观讲授动作中的动态细节。我们提出利用非交互式虚拟现实(Non-Interactive Virtual Reality,NIVR)技术用于康复示教,并在分组对照实验中验证其教学效果。方法专业教师选取3项学生易误解的上肢康复运动,包括墙角后压、上臂外旋、上肢前推,并用Blender软件制作非交互式虚拟现实动画。然后招募24名康复治疗学四年级本科生随机分为两组,研究组(n=12)观看NIVR动画,对照组(n=12)阅读传统图片文字。学习后,采用标准化试题考察学生对关节角度、发力方式、相关肌肉的掌握情况。结果两组的平均成绩无统计显著差异,但在考察前推运动的相关肌肉时,研究组成绩高于对照组并具有统计显著性。结论与传统图文资料相比,康复课堂教学引入NIVR或可令学生更易领会运动所涉及的肌肉,问卷也显示学生更欢迎非交互式虚拟现实用于康复动作教学。Objective It is challenging to directly teach the dynamic elements in the activities while teaching rehabilitation in a classroom setting,because the rehabilitation actions are typically taught in the form of pictures and texts.To generate non-interactive virtual reality animations for rehabilitation presentations and test its efficacy as a teaching tool in group control trials,we propose using the free and open-source Blender software.Methods Backward pressing against wall,upper arm external rotation,and upper limb forward push were chosen as the 3 upper limb rehabilitation exercises.non-interactive virtual reality animations for teaching were created using Blender.Two groups of 24 senior undergraduates majored in rehabilitation were recruited and randomly assigned.The control group(n=12)read the conventional images and texts while the research group(n=12)viewed the non-interactive virtual reality animations created with Blender.Students'understanding of joint angle,force mode,and related muscles was assessed using standardized questions.Results The research group performed better than the control group when analyzing the muscles involved in forward movement,although there was no statistically significant difference in the average score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion using non-interactive virtual reality in rehabilitation classes,it may help students comprehend the muscles used in exercise more clearly than using standard text-image materials.The survey revealed that using 3D animation in the teaching of exercise therapy is preferable to students of rehabilitation major.
