摘 要:选取体重相近高邮鸭280只,随机分为4组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组),每组5个重复,每个重复14只(公母各半),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加100、250和400 mg/kg吲哚,在试验第14和28天,公母鸭各重复组随机挑选1只鸭采血,采用WST-8、TAB、ELISA方法测定并分析不同浓度吲哚对高邮鸭血清抗氧化指标和免疫功能指标的影响。结果显示:与对照组相比,在第14和28天时,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、白细胞介素1(IL-1)含量、白细胞介素8(IL-8)含量、白细胞介素12(IL-12)含量、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)含量、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但试验Ⅱ组血清SOD活性和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量、IL-1含量、IL-12含量、TNF-α含量上升较明显,MDA含量、IL-8含量、GM-CSF含量、MCP-1含量下降较明显。结果表明饲粮中添加吲哚可以提高高邮鸭抗氧化损伤的功能,提高机体免疫机能,并以250 mg/kg吲哚添加量效果最好。A total of 280 Gaoyou ducks of similar body weight were obtained and randomly divided into 4 groups(the control group,Groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ)with 5 replicates per group and 14 ducks per replicate(half male and half female).The control group was fed with the basal diet,Ducks in Groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg,250 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg indoles,respectively.On days 14 and 28,one duck from each replicate was randomly selected to collect whole blood samples.WST-8,TAB and ELISA were used to determine the serum antioxidant and immune function indexes of the samples.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,the SOD activity,and MDA,IL-1,IL-8,IL-12,TNF-α,GM-CSF and MCP-1 contents in the serum of the Gao You ducks in Groups Ⅰ,Ⅱa nd Ⅲ exhibited no significant differences on the 14th and 28th days of the trial period(P>0.05).However,the SOD activity,and the GSH-Px,IL-1,IL-12 and TNF-α contents in the serum of the Gao You ducks in experiment Ⅱ increased significantly,while their MDA,IL-8,GM-CSF and MCP-1 contents decreased significantly.These results indicated that dietary indole supplementation improved the antioxidant damage function,inhibited cell damage and enhanced the immune function of Gaoyou ducks,and the indoles supplementation in Group Ⅱ had the most significant effect on the serum antioxidant capacity and immune function of the ducks.
