摘  要:调查公共图书馆儿童阅读空间读者满意度,可以进一步了解公共图书馆儿童阅读空间的现状以及为促进空间优化设计和改造提供借鉴参考,促进儿童在公共阅读空间的阅读效果。参考LibQUAL+TM评价的部分指标,采用文献分析法并结合实际,试图构建较为完善的儿童阅读空间读者满意度评价指标体系,包括设施设备、环境、文献资源、服务、工作人员5类指标,后通过问卷星向读者发放并回收调查问卷的形式对公共图书馆儿童阅读空间进行满意度调查。根据问卷数据分析结果,分别总结公共图书馆儿童阅读空间读者的不满意维度,并提出合理的改进建议。Investigating the reader satisfaction of children's reading space in public library can further understand the current situation of children's reading space in public library and provide reference for promoting the opti⁃mal design and transformation of space,in order to promote the reading effect of children in public reading space.Referring to some indicators of LibQUAL+TM evaluation,I use the method of literature analysis and combined with practice to try to build a relatively perfect evaluation index system of readers'satisfaction with children's reading space,including five indicators:facilities and equipment,environment,literature re⁃sources,services and staff.Then,I investigate the satisfaction of children's reading space in public libraries in the form of questionnaires distributed to readers and collected from questionnaire stars.According to the results of questionnaire data analysis,this paper summarizes the relatively high dissatisfaction rate in the five dimensions of reader satisfaction of children's reading space in public library,and puts forward reason⁃able improvement suggestions for these aspects.
