摘  要:鼻咽癌(NPC)起源于鼻咽上皮,在东亚和东南亚高度流行,特别是在中国南方。其是一种低分化癌症,在头颈癌中转移率最高。NPC的发生受到环境、病毒及遗传等多种因素的影响。越来越多的证据表明,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA S)在NPC的发生和发展中起着重要的调控作用。lncRNAs已俨然成为NPC重要的调节因子,其在癌症增殖、侵袭转移、上皮间质性转化、耐药、放射及预后等反应起着重要的作用。文章旨在总结lncRNAs在NPC中的发生发展的作用,以及为NPC的诊断和治疗提供新的理论依据。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)originates from the nasopharyngeal epithelium and is highly prevalent in East and Southeast Asia,especially in southern China.NPC is a poorly differentiated cancer with the highest metastasis rate among head and neck cancers.The occurrence of NPC is affected by many factors such as environment,viruses,and genetics.Accumulating evidence suggests that long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)play a significant regulating role in the occurrence and development of NPC.LncRNAs become important regulators in cancer proliferation,invasion,metastasis,epithelial mesenchymal transition(EMT),drug resistance,radiation,and prognosis.This article aims to summarize the effect of lncRNAs in the development and mechanism of NPC,in order to provide new theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of NPC.
