摘 要:目的:分析2020年我国副省级城市的医疗卫生机构和卫生人力资源配置情况,为卫生资源合理配置提供参考和依据。方法:收集15个副省级城市卫生资源数据,采用集聚度分析,从地理面积和人口情况两个方面分析卫生资源配置情况。结果:15个副省级城市每千人口卫生技术人员数是全国平均水平的1.46倍,从不同区域来看,东北地区副省级城市卫生资源分布不均衡,部分城市卫生资源供给不足。结论:政府在制定卫生规划时,应充分考虑所辖区域地理面积和服务人口的影响,合理控制医疗卫生机构数量和规模,提升卫生资源布局的公平性和可及性,同时合理配置各类卫生人力资源,优化医护比。Objective To analyze the allocation of medical and health institutions and health human resources in sub-provincial cities in China in 2020,and to provide reference for the rational allocation of health resources.Methods The data on health resources in 15 sub-provincial cities were collected,agglomeration analysis was used to analyze the allocation of health resources from two aspects including geographical area and population situation.Results The number of health technicians per thousand people in 15 sub-provincial cities is 1.46 times the national average.From different regions,the distribution of health resources in the cities in Northeast China is uneven,and some cities have insufficient supply of health resources.Conclusion When establishing regional health planning,the government should fully consider the impact of geographical area and service population,reasonably control the number and scale of medical and health institutions,improve the equity and accessibility of health resources,reasonably allocate various types of health human resources,and optimize the ratio of doctors to nurses.
