高校网络教育转型发展的路径突破——基于路径依赖与路径创造的视角

摘　　要：高校网络教育在国家终身学习体系的构建中承担着重要的职能,面对变化的社会环境与自身存在的问题,亟须探索出一条新的转型发展路径。文章从路径依赖理论视角出发,对高校网络教育存在的技术、制度、经济、理论和文化等方面的路径依赖进行了分析。在路径创造理论的指导下,结合兰州大学网络教育的实践经验,提出新技术赋能网络教育教学方式、新制度引领网络教育转型发展、新投入增加网络教育办学经费、新理论创新网络教育教学设计、新文化塑造网络教育教学环境等突破路径依赖实现转型发展的新路径。Online education in higher education institutions undertakes critical functions in the construction of the national lifelong learning system,in the face of changing social environment and the problems of itself,it is urgent to explore a new path of its transformation and development.From the perspective of path dependence theory,the paper analyzes the technical,institutional,economic,theoretical and cultural path dependence of online education in higher education institutions.Under the guidance of path creation theory,and combines the practical experiences of Lanzhou University's online education,proposes new paths to promote its transformation and development:New technology empowers online educational and teaching methods,the new system leads the transformation and development of online education,new investment increases funding of online education,new theories innovate online education teaching design,new culture shapes the online educational and teaching environment.
