摘　　要：介绍了现有口腔材料(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、非金属扣式义齿材料和金属合金)的优势与缺陷,及聚醚醚酮(PEEK)在医学领域应用的优势,例如生物兼容性好、低比重、抗裂开且易于加工,弹性模量低不会造成应力屏蔽,并以此简述了PEEK作为口腔材料近五年内在临床的使用状况(上颌骨重建、下颌骨重建、颞下颌关节重建、口腔赝复体、义齿基台和乳牙早失间隙保持器)及存在的不足,重点利用实例综述PEEK在口腔医学临床使用过程中的可行性,最后对PEEK在口腔医学领域的发展前景进行了展望。The advantages and defects of existing oral materials(polymethyl methacrylate,non-mental clasp denture and metal alloys)and the advantages of polyetheretherketone(PEEK)which have good biocompatibility,low specific gravity,crack resistance and easy processing in the medical field were introduced.The low modulus of elasticity does not cause stress shielding,and the clinical use of PEEK as an oral material in the past five years(maxillary reconstruction,mandible reconstruction,temporomandibular joint reconstruction,oral pseudo-complex,denture abutment and removable pediatric space maintainers)and its shortcomings were briefly described,focusing on the use of examples to review the feasibility of clinical use of PEEK in stomatology.Finally,the development prospect of PEEK in the field of stomatology was prospected.
