摘 要:为了将虚拟现实技术和医学教育进行融合,充分发挥虚拟现实技术在教育领域的应用优势以及最大限度地提升教学水平和质量,有必要开发建设超声引导穿刺手术教学虚拟现实系统。本文介绍并讨论了使用VR技术开发建设的超声引导穿刺手术教学VR系统。通过使用该系统,用户能在高度浸入环境下学习超声引导穿刺手术的整个过程,实现病变部位穿刺手术模拟,训练手眼协调能力,并提供实时的3D解剖视图,辅助学员确认穿刺位置,学习临床解剖结构,提高临床培训的工作效率。In order to integrate virtual reality technology with medical education,fully utilize the application advantages of virtual reality technology in the field of education,and maximize the improvement of teaching level and quality,it is necessary to develop and construct a virtual reality system for ultrasound guided puncture surgery teaching.This article introduces and discusses the development and construction of an ultrasound guided puncture surgery teaching VR system using VR technology.By using this system,users can learn the whole process of ultrasound-guided puncture surgery in a highly immersed environment,realize the simulation of puncture surgery at the lesion site,train the hand-eye coordination ability,and provide real-time 3D anatomical views to assist students to confirm the puncture location,learn the clinical anatomical structure,and improve the efficiency of clinical training.
