传统百衲工艺在现代家具设计中的创新应用

摘　　要：百衲工艺是中国传统的工艺技法,历史悠久,在明清时期桌案类家具、古琴中有着多元化的发展,对当代实木家具及工艺品的设计影响深远。本文从百衲工艺的实际案例应用出发,分析百衲工艺在传统织物、家具、古琴中的应用及在现代家具设计中的延伸应用。一方面研究百衲的包镶工艺、榫接、粘合工艺在明清家具及工艺品中的应用;另一方面探索百衲拼花工艺在现代木家具及竹家具设计中的应用,挖掘百衲工艺的时代性、工艺传承性、文化性、可持续性,为百衲工艺在现代家具设计中的实践应用提供新思路和参考价值。Patchwork craft is a traditional Chinese craft technique with a long history,which has a diversified development in table and case furniture and guqin in the Ming and Qing dynasties,and has a profound influence on the design of contemporary solid wood furniture and crafts.This paper analyzes the application of the Bacchanal process in traditional fabrics,furniture and guqin and its extended application in modern furniture design from the practical case application of the Bacchanal process.On the one hand,it studies the application of baccarat encrustation,mortise and tenon joint and gluing craftsmanship in the furniture and crafts of Ming and Qing dynasties,and on the other hand,it studies the derivative practice application of baccarat applique craftsmanship in modern furniture design.It will explore the period,craft inheritance,culture and sustainability of patchwork craft,and provide new ideas and reference values for the practical application of patchwork craft in modern furniture design.
