摘　　要：目的研究LRPPRC表达与结肠癌临床指标和预后的相关性。方法采用免疫组化技术检测LRPPRC在结肠癌组织的表达,实验数据和临床指标及预后的相关性分析使用SPSS软件,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果LRPPRC在结肠癌组织的表达显著高于癌旁组织。LRPPRC蛋白表达和患者的原发肿瘤数量显著正相关,而和预后显著负相关,且是结肠癌预后的独立预测因素。统计学分析显示,右半结肠癌亚组的T分期、临床分期和总生存期均显著更差。同时,LRPPRC的异常高表达和右半结肠癌组患者更多的原发肿瘤数量及更差的总生存期显著相关,但其与左半结肠癌亚组的各项临床指标及预后均无关。结论LRPPRC的过表达促进了右半结肠癌的进展,它可能是右半结肠癌预后和治疗的重要标记物。Objective To study the correlation of LRPPRC expression with clinical information and prognosis of colon cancer.Methods The expression of LRPPRC in colon cancer samples was detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between experimental data and clinical indicators as well as prognosis was analyzed by SPSS software,with P<0.05 being considered statistically significant.Results The expression level of LRPPRC in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues.LRPPRC protein expression was significantly and positively correlated with the number of primary tumors in patients,while negatively correlated with the prognosis,and is an independent prognostic factor.Subsequently,we divided all cases into left-sided colon cancer subgroup and right-sided colon cancer subgroup according to the location of the primary tumors.Statistical analysis showed that the T stage,clinical stage,and total survival time of the right-sided colon cancer subgroup were significantly worse than the left-sided colon cancer subgroup.At the same time,the high expression of LRPPRC was significantly associated with more tumor numbers and poorer overall survival in the right-sided colon cancer patients,while its expression has little association with the clinical indicators and prognosis of left-sided colon cancer subgroup.Conclusion The expression of LRPPRC has significant correlation with the progression of right-sided colon cancer,which might be an important marker for the prognosis for the patients.
