摘  要:为探讨施磷条件下不同比例接种丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)与解磷细菌(PSB)对紫花苜蓿生长及生产性能的影响,明确苜蓿农艺性状、地上生物量与营养品质的关系,筛选出适合苜蓿生长的最佳接菌比例。接菌比例(AMF∶PSB)设置5个梯度,分别为3∶7(J1)、4∶6(J2)、5∶5(J3)、6∶4(J4)和7∶3(J5),设置2个施P_(2)O_(5)梯度:0(P0)和100 mg/kg(P1),共计10个处理,采用随机区组设计,对紫花苜蓿农艺性状、地上生物量及营养品质进行测定。结果表明:相同接菌条件下,紫花苜蓿的株高、茎粗和粗蛋白含量为P1处理大于P0处理,生长速度和总地上生物量为P1处理显著大于P0处理(P<0.05),而茎叶比则表现为P1处理显著小于P0处理(P<0.05)。P0条件下,苜蓿各茬次茎粗、生长速度、总地上生物量和中性洗涤纤维均表现为J1、J2、J3和J4处理显著大于J5处理(P<0.05);P1条件下,苜蓿各茬次生长速度和总地上生物量均为J1、J2、J3和J4处理显著大于J5处理(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,株高、茎粗、生长速度和地上生物量四者中两两互为极显著正相关(P<0.01),中性洗涤纤维与酸性洗涤纤维呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。根据模糊相似优先比排序,排名前三的处理分别为J1P1、J2P1和J4P1。在100 mg/kg的施磷(P_(2)O_(5))条件下,以3∶7的比例复合施入AMF和PSB能够有效提高苜蓿的生产性能。This study aimed to investigate the effects of inoculation ratios of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)and phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria(PSB)on alfalfa growth and production performance under phosphorus application conditions.The relationship between agronomic traits,aboveground biomass and nutritional quality of alfalfa were also examined to identify the optimal inoculation ratio for alfalfa growth.In this randomized controlled experiment,10 treatments were established,consisting of five ratios inoculation with AMF and PSB(J1:3∶7,J2:4∶6,J3:5∶5,J4:6∶4 and J5:7∶3)and two levels phospho⁃rus applicaton(P0:0 mg/kg P_(2)O_(5) and P1:100 mg/kg P_(2)O_(5))were set for a total of 10 treatments.This study also measured agronomic traits,biomass and nutritional quality of alfalfa.The results showed that under the same inoculation conditions,the plant height,stem diameter and crude protein content of alfalfa were higher in P1 treatment than in P0 treatment,and growth rate and total aboveground biomass were sig⁃nificantly higher in the P1 treatment than in the P0 treatment(P<0.05).In the contrast,the stem to leaf ratio was significantly less in the P1 treatment than in the P0 treatment(P<0.05).The stem diameter,growth rate,total aboveground biomass and neutral detergent fiber of alfalfa were significantly greater in the J1,J2,J3 and J4 treatments than in the J5 treatment at P0 condition(P<0.05).Under P1 treatment,the growth rate and total aboveground biomass of alfalfa were significantly greater(P<0.05)in the J1,J2,J3 and J4 treatments than in the J5 treatment.The results of correlation analysis indicated that there were an extremely significant positive correlation between plant height,stem diameter,growth rate and aboveg⁃round biomass(P<0.01).Furthermore,neutral detergent fiber was also extremely significantly positively correlated with acid detergent fiber(P<0.01).Based on the fuzzy similarity priority ratio ranking,the top three treatments were J1P1,J2P1 and J4P1.These results suggested that the coinocul
