摘　　要：“课证岗赛”四位一体人才培养模式是职业教育人才培养优化的重要举措。以无锡城市职业技术学院速递物流专业为例,针对当前专业教学体系建设存在的问题,从课程体系、实践考核体系、竞赛体系、实践教学模式四个维度入手,构建“课证岗赛”四位一体的高职速递物流专业教学体系,为高职速递物流专业提升人才培养质量提供参考。The four-in-one talent training model of course certificate and post competition is an important measure to optimize talent training in vocational education.Take the high professional logistics management in Wuxi City College of Vocational Technology as an example,aiming at the problems of professional teaching system construction,from curriculum system,practice evaluation system,competition system,four dimensions of the practice teaching mode,to build"the duty"four one of the express logistics professional teaching system,for improving the quality of personnel training in the major of higher vocational express logistics to provide the reference.
