摘　　要：目的通过系统检索、提取并汇总前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁保守治疗国内外高级别的循证证据,为医护人员的临床实践提供科学依据。方法系统检索计算机决策支持系统、指南发布网站/指南制订组织网站、系统评价数据库、泌尿外科和尿失禁相关协会和数据库库中有关前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁保守治疗的证据,检索时限为2017年1月至2021年12月,对符合质量标准的文献进行证据提取并汇总。结果本研究共纳入19篇文献,包括3篇证据总结,2篇指南,2篇临床决策,11篇系统评价和1篇专家共识。最佳证据包括尿失禁的评估、尿失禁的管理、生活方式的改变、膀胱训练、盆底肌功能锻炼和辅助措施,共31条证据。结论前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁保守治疗的最佳证据,有利于临床医护人员对前列腺癌根治术患者进行科学的宣教和指导。Objective To systematically retrieve,extract and summarize high-level evidence for conservative treatment of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy to provide a scientific basis for the clinical practice of medical staff.Methods Systematic retrieval of evidence on conservative treatment of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy in computer decision support system,guideline publishing website/guideline development organization website,systematic review database,urology and urinary incontinence related associations and database.The search period was from January 2017 to December 2021.The evidence that meets the quality standards were extracted and summarized.Results A total of 19 articles were included in this study,including 3 evidence summaries,2 guidelines,2 clinical decisions,11 systematic reviews and 1 expert consensus.The best evidence included assessment of urinary incontinence,management of urinary incontinence,lifestyle changes,bladder training,pelvic floor muscle function exercises and auxiliary measures,a total of 31 pieces of evidence.Conclusion The best evidence for conservative treatment of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy is helpful for clinical medical staff to carry out scientific education and guidance for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.
