摘  要:目的探讨低温等离子射频消融技术在角结膜新生物手术中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至12月于赣州启明星眼科医院进行手术治疗的40例角结膜新生物患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,按照患者入院时选择的手术方式的不同将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各20例(患眼20眼)。试验组患者利用低温等离子射频消融治疗,对照组患者利用传统普通手术刀切除治疗。观察和比较两组患者的手术时间、术后结膜愈合时间及术后角膜上皮愈合时间;比较两组患者的术中出血发生率、术后结膜水肿发生率、术后复发率、术后角膜瘢痕发生率。结果试验组患者的术中出血发生率、术后复发率、术后角膜疤痕发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的手术时间、术后结膜愈合时间、术后角膜上皮愈合时间、术后结膜水肿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低温等离子射频消融技术在治疗角结膜新生物患者的术中止血、术后复发、术后角膜瘢痕方面具有更好的效果,在眼部疾病治疗方面具有一定的优势。Objective To investigate the application effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in new biological surgery of angular conjunctival membrane.Methods Forty patients with new biological surgery of angular conjunctival membrane treated in Ganzhou Venus Eye Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis,and they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 patients in each group(20 eyes in affected eyes)according to the different surgical methods chosen at admission.Patients in the experimental group were treated by low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,and patients in the control group were treated by conventional scalpel resection.The operative time,postoperative conjunctival healing time and postoperative corneal epithelial healing time of the two groups were observed and compared.The incidence rates of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative conjunctival edema,postoperative recurrence and postoperative corneal scar were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of intraoperative hemorrhage,postoperative recurrence and corneal scar in the observation group were lower than those in the experimental group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in operation time,postoperative conjunctival healing time,postoperative corneal epithelial healing time and incidence of postoperative conjunctival edema between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation is more effective in the treatment of corneal and conjunctival neoplasia,such as hemostasis during operation,recurrence after operation,and corneal scar after operation,it has some advantages in the treatment of ocular diseases.
