摘 要:目的探讨半导体激光照射预防正畸微种植体周围炎的作用。方法选取2021年1月至2022年8月北京市第一中西医结合医院口腔科收治的60例正畸患者作为研究对象,均选择植入微种植体进行治疗,采取抽签法将其分为对照组(30例)与干预组(30例)。干预组采用腰腹健康宣教+半导体激光照射措施,对照组健康宣教措施。比较两组微种植体的术后周围炎率、松动率、体周组织指数与菌斑指数。结果干预组微种植体术后的合计周围炎率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组微种植体术后的合计松动率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组微种植体在术后1周,1、3个月的菌斑指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组微种植体在术后1周,1、3个月的体周组织指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸治疗中半导体激光照射治疗对微种植体周围炎的预防效果显著,并且能提高种植体的稳定性,减少菌斑,改善体周组织,提升正畸效果,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of semiconductor laser irradiation on preventing micro peri-implantitis in orthodontics.Methods From January 2021 to August 2022,60 orthodontic patients admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Beijing First Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the study subjects,who were all treated with micro implants.They were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the intervention group(30 cases)by drawing lots.The intervention group was given waist and abdomen health education+semiconductor laser irradiation,and the control group was given health education measures.The peripheral inflammation rate,loosening rate,peri body tissue index and plaque index were compared between the two groups.Results The total micro peri-implantitis rate in the intervention group after operation was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total loosening rate of micro implant after operation in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plaque indexes of micro implant in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group at 1 week,1 and 3 months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The peri body tissue indexes of micro implant in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In orthodontic treatment,semiconductor laser irradiation has a significant effect on the prevention of micro peri-implantitis,and can improve implant stability,reduce plaque,improve peri body tissue,and enhance the orthodontic effect,which is worth popularizing.
