思维导图结合音乐护理干预在电子胃镜检查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨思维导图结合音乐护理干预在电子胃镜检查中的应用价值。方法选取2020年8月至2022年8月宜春市第二人民医院接受电子胃镜检查的80例患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为干预组(40例)和对照组(40例)。两组患者均由相同医师进行电子胃镜检查。对照组行常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上运用思维导图结合音乐护理干预。比较两组患者检查过程中生命体征、胃镜操作时间、精神状态、疼痛情况和护理满意度。结果干预组的收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于对照组,胃镜操作时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组HAMA评分均低于本组护理前,且干预组HAMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子胃镜检查患者接受思维导图结合音乐护理干预,可缓解患者焦虑情绪,降低检查过程中的应激反应,缩短检查操作时间,从而提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the application value of mind mapping combined with music nursing intervention in electronic gastroscopy.Methods From August 2020 to August 2022,80 patients who received electronic gastroscopy in the Second People's Hospital of Yichun were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into intervention group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.Electronic gastroscopy was performed by the same physician in both groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the intervention group used mind mapping and music nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The vital signs,gastroscope operation time,mental state,pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the operation time of gastroscope was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significance in the score of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the HAMA score of both groups was lower than that before nursing,and the HAMA score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the intervention group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mind mapping combined with music nursing intervention for patients undergoing electronic gastroscopy can alleviate their anxiety,reduce the stress reaction during the examination,shorten the examination operation time,and improve the patients'satisfaction.
