企业社会责任视角下的流动人口社会融入问题研究——基于CSS2019的实证分析

摘　　要：文章基于2019年中国社会状况综合调查(CSS)数据实证分析企业社会责任对流动人口社会融入的影响问题。研究结果表明,企业社会责任对流动人口社会融入存在显著影响。其中,工作稳定性和工作满意度对流动人口的社会融入也具有显著的影响,值得企业组织重视。不同类型的流动人口社会融入水平差异还是存在的,尤其是女性,青年,以及非农业户口的流动人口,其社会融入度更高一些。流动人口对于流入地政府满意度,社会保障满意度以及是否遇到不公平待遇方面都持有较好的认可度,可能国家公共政策的调节的确起到了改善流动人口社会融入现状的作用。Based on the data of China Social Survey(CSS)in 2019,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of corporate social responsibility on the social integration of floating population.The results show that corporate social responsibility has a significant impact on the social integration of the floating population.Among them,job stability and job satisfaction also have a significant impact on the social integration of floating population,which deserves the attention of enterprise organizations.There are differences in the level of social integration of different types of floating population,especially women,youth,and non-agricultural floating population,whose social integration is higher.The floating population has a good recognition of the government satisfaction,social security satisfaction and whether they encounter unfair treatment.It may be that the adjustment of national public policies has indeed played a role in improving the social integration of the floating population.
