基于聚类方法的中医药治疗肝硬化研究热点分析

摘　　要：目的:对近5年来中医药治疗肝硬化研究进行文献计量和研究热点分析,分析该领域的研究现状,探索研究热点及未来的发展方向。方法:检索中国知网中2017—2021年已发表的中医药治疗肝硬化的研究文献,采用词频g指数分析法确定研究领域的高频关键词,通过Bicomb软件构建高频关键词共现矩阵,并运用图形聚类工具包gCLUTO绘制高频关键词共现矩阵及可视化山丘图,并利用战略坐标分析对各个聚类的密度和向心度进行计算。结果:共得到中医药治疗肝硬化相关文献1824条,通过计算,选择词频≥11的64个关键词作为高频关键词,利用重复二分法将该领域的研究文献聚为5个类,其中2类主题为研究的成熟领域,2类主题为研究的薄弱领域,属于潜力研究领域的有1类。结论:近年中医药治疗肝硬化的研究方向主要集中在肝硬化腹水的中医药治疗、名医名家治疗肝硬化的理论及临床经验研究、中成药联合西药治疗肝硬化的疗效研究、肝硬化中医证型和影像学诊断及血液指标的相关性研究以及中药治疗早期肝硬化研究。中成药联合西药治疗肝硬化的疗效研究是该领域最核心的研究主题,肝硬化中医证型和影像学诊断及血液指标的相关性研究是该领域具有较大发展潜力的研究方向。Objective:To make a bibliometric analysis of the current research status,hotspots and future development in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of liver cirrhosis in the pase five years.Methods:Documents included in CNKI from 2017 to 2021 were retrieved.The research used g-index analysis to determine the high-frequency keywords in the research field and built highfrequency keywords co-occurrence matrix through Bicomb software.Graphical clustering toolkit(gCLUTO)was used to draw high-frequency keyword co-occurrence matrix and visual map.The density and centrality of each cluster are calculated by strategic coordinate analysis.Results:A total of 1824 articles were included in this study.We selected 64 keywords with word frequency≥11 as high-frequency keywords,and used repeated bisection method to divide the documents in this research field into 5 clusters,in which 2 clusters are mature areas of research,2 clusters are weak areas of research,and 1 cluster belongs to potential research area.Conclusion:The research hotspots in the field of TCM in the treatment of liver cirrhosis focused on five aspects.The research hotspots involving treatment of liver cirrhosis with TCM,studies on the theory and clinical experience of famous experts,effect of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on liver cirrhosis,research on correlation between TCM syndrome types and imaging diagnosis,correlation between TCM syndrome types and blood indexes,studies on the treatment of early liver cirrhosis with TCM.The study on the efficacy of proprietary Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of liver cirrhosis is the core research topic in this field.The correlation between TCM syndrome type,imaging diagnosis and blood index of liver cirrhosis is a research direction with great development potential in this field.
